Cancellation policy

Pre-orders

You can cancel a pre-order at any time before it is dispatched by emailing us at orders@rshealth.com.au with your order number. We will refund the full amount paid, including any shipping charges, to your original payment method.

If the expected release or dispatch date changes, we will let you know by email, and you can choose to keep or cancel your pre-order.

Once a pre-order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be handled under our Refund and Returns Policy.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within [5–10] business days. Customs duties, import taxes and other charges applied by overseas customs authorities are non-refundable.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, not as described or has a major failure, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund.
