Shipping Policy

Restorative Health Clinic aims to process and dispatch online store orders as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 3 to 5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During busy periods, sales, product launches or clinic closure periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details, where available.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping provider.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by postal delays, public holidays, customs processing, weather events or other circumstances outside our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping details are correct before placing your order.

Restorative Health Clinic is not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at orders@rshealth.com.au. We will do our best to update the details before dispatch, but this cannot be guaranteed.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Orders

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is managed by the relevant shipping provider.

If your order is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at orders@rshealth.com.au and we will assist where possible.

For damaged parcels, please keep the product, packaging and any delivery documentation, as photographs may be required to assess the issue.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees or other charges once they arrive in the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.

Restorative Health Clinic is not responsible for delays caused by customs or border processing.

Order Cancellations

Orders are often dispatched on the same or next business day.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@rshealth.com.au.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot usually be cancelled and will be subject to our Refund & Returns Policy.
