Refund & Returns Policy

At Restorative Health Clinic, we ask that you choose your purchases carefully, as we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind.

Australian Consumer Law

Our Refund & Returns Policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law.

You may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if a product you purchase is:

Faulty or defective
Significantly different from its description or images
Not fit for its intended purpose
Unsafe

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this policy. Where a refund is approved for an eligible return, any original shipping charges paid will generally not be refunded.

Change of Mind

We generally do not accept returns or provide refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases.

If you believe your order may be eligible for return, please contact our customer service team before sending any items back.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or you have received the incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@rshealth.com.au.

To help us assess your claim, please include:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Photographs of the product and packaging where applicable

Our team will review your request and advise you on the next steps.

Please do not return any items until you have received confirmation and return instructions from our customer service team.

Return Eligibility

Not all purchases are eligible for return.

Return requests are assessed in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. Our team will confirm whether your purchase qualifies before authorising a return.

Order Cancellations

We aim to dispatch orders on the same or next business day.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at orders@rshealth.com.au.

Orders that have already been dispatched cannot usually be cancelled. Once dispatched, they will be subject to this Refund & Returns Policy and any applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
